Sequoia Riverlands Trust safeguards more than 50,000 acres of working and natural lands across the southern Sierra Nevada and southern San Joaquin Valley, from the foothills of the Kaweah and Tule Rivers to the wide-open expanses of the Carrizo Plain. Since 2000, we have established and stewarded seven nature preserves, partnered with farmers and ranchers to protect vital private agricultural lands, and created hands-on education programs that connect thousands of Tulare County students each year with the natural world.
