Photo Permits

Whether you are an amateur shutterbug or a seasoned professional, you will find it hard to resist the allure of colorful spring greens, majestic oak trees beneath views of the High Sierra, stark foggy winter atmospheres, and cattle roaming in a bucolic setting.

Visitors with a camera or smartphone can take photos at Sequoia Riverlands Trust’s open preserves without a permit. Photo permits are required for professional photographers providing a service to a client, paid or otherwise.

You never know what you might see at the preserves—bobcats, lizards, birds of all shapes and sizes, coyotes, squirrels, rabbits, and other species. Keep those cameras handy!
