- Electricity & some lighting available (weather permitting)
- On-site restrooms (additional rentals required for parties over 100)
- Bring your own caterers & vendors – no required vendors
- Amplified music & dancing permitted
- Alcohol allowed (permit required)
- Sustainability guidelines – No disposable materials; only paper cocktail napkins permitted
- Trash removal is not provided. Guests and vendors must pack out all trash and waste they bring onto the property.
Tents are permitted but must be rented separately

Venue rental includes:
- Access to the site
- On-site power
- Rehearsal the day before your event
We recommend securing your date 12–18 months in advance. A 25% deposit is required to reserve your date with the balance due 60 days before your event.
