Breakfast on the Bluff is an invitation. An invitation to experience conservation up close. To learn what’s happening right here in the Central Valley. To discover how protecting land and water shapes the future for families, farms, and communities.

Guests will journey through four interactive stations designed to introduce the many ways conservation happens in the Central Valley. Each stop includes hands-on activities for all ages—curiosity encouraged.
Dry Creek Nursery
Discover how native plants are grown from locally collected seed and used to restore habitat across the region. Learn why native species matter for pollinators, water conservation, and long-term resilience, and try your hand at a simple propagation activity.
Tribal Partnerships
Explore the deep history of this land and the importance of cultural stewardship. Learn how conservation and collaboration can honor traditional knowledge while protecting landscapes for future generations.
Education & Geology
Get a closer look at the land beneath your feet. Through interactive demonstrations and real-life examples, discover how geology shapes ecosystems and why understanding the earth helps protect it.
Restoration & Stewardship
See how protected land is actively cared for over time. From habitat restoration to ongoing land management, this station offers a glimpse into the science and strategy that keep preserves thriving and how community members can be part of that work.
