Tasks can be adapted for a wide range of ages\, abilities\, and comfort levels\, with opportunities for both seated and active work. Whether you’re interested in learning about native plants\, connecting with others\, or supporting local conservation efforts\, Nursery Volunteer Days offer a welcoming way to get involved. \n\n\n\nAlong the way\, volunteers have the opportunity to connect with SRT staff\, learn more about Dry Creek Preserve\, and gain a behind-the-scenes look at the work that supports restoration and conservation efforts throughout the region. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat to Expect\n\n\n\n\nPotting\, propagation\, seed collection\, and other seasonal nursery projects\n\n\n\nA chance to learn about native plants\, restoration\, and conservation efforts\n\n\n\nTasks that can be adapted to different ages\, abilities\, and comfort levels\n\n\n\nOpportunities to connect with staff and learn more about Dry Creek Preserve and Sequoia Riverlands Trust\n\n\n\nA welcoming environment where volunteers can learn\, connect\, and make a difference together\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhy It Matters\n\n\n\nNative plants play an important role in supporting wildlife\, pollinators\, and healthy ecosystems throughout the Central Valley.
